Refund policy

Returns and refunds: Customers may request a return within 15 calendar days after the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method, and your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it.
