Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After processing, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Total delivery time is typically 10–20 business days, depending on the supplier, destination, carrier, and seasonal order volume.

Because some items are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. The carrier may vary by supplier and destination. Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available.

Delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or high seasonal volume are outside D’LA Boutique’s control. If your order has not arrived after the stated delivery window, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
